Responsibilities
- - Create environments where aesthetics and utility reinforce each other.
- - Produce end-to-end design projects from concept and mood boarding through procurement and installation, across Saronic's global offices, managing all project schedules, budgets, vendors, and work plans throughout.
- - Collaborate with Facilities to ensure designs are operationally practical.
Requirements
- Experience designing or managing multi-site or global office environments.
- - Proficiency in industry-standard design and space-planning software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
- - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.
- - Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards (ADA and international equivalents), and safety regulations relevant to workplace environments.
Experience
- QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of professional interior design experience, with a demonstrated portfolio of designing large scale commercial facilities. -

- RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead projects from inception through completion, engaging in all phases of design and delivery, producing deliverables to be reviewed by both the Expansion team, and the Design team as key stakeholders- ensuring alignment between corporate, brand, and interior design.
- - Develop and own a global interior design system, including a living standards guide covering color, materials, furniture, signage, and lighting, that maintains brand cohesion while allowing regional personalization.
- - Balance aesthetic ambition with ergonomics, accessibility, sustainability, and code compliance.
