Requirements
- What you’ll do Monitor and maintain system-level inventory accuracy across warehouses (SAP/WMS), ensuring alignment between planning data and operational outputs Identify, analyze, and escalate inventory discrepancies, master data issues, and process gaps Develop and maintain inventory governance standards, controls, and reporting frameworks Partner with warehouse supervision to ensure adherence to inventory control policies Execute MRP monitoring, exception management, and shortage identification
- experience in materials management, inventory planning, or supply chain coordination Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field A combination of education and
- Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Advanced proficiency in SAP (MM) / WMS systems and Excel-based analysis
- Experience with inventory planning, MRP, and supply chain coordination Knowledge of warehouse operations (process understanding, not execution) Strong communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in oil & gas / industrial supply chain environments considered an asset Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights and process improvements This position requires candidates to: Have current, valid authorization to travel internationally (including but not limited to Canada, US and Mexico) Successfully complete pre-employment medical screening including drug and alcohol testing Have and maintain a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract (record) for review
