  • Plan, organize and manage day-to-day operating activities for assets (e.g., terminals, stations, delivery/receipt locations) within an assigned area.
  • Oversee and manage area leadership team.
  • Collaborates on the development and implementation of growth projects with a focus on maximizing the rate of return, without forgoing safety and/or compliance.

  • Responsibilities Management: For assigned area of responsibility, ensure the safety of all team members, compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations (e.g., PHMSA, EPA, OSHA, USCG, TRRC, TCEQ, etc.) Maintenance of assets Compliance with the company’s Safety Management System (SIP) Administration of the annual expense budget, Submittal of Authorization for Funding for capital funding
