Women's Health PA (Physician Assistant - Full Time)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive women's health examinations including annual gynecological exams, contraceptive counseling, and preventive care
Diagnose and treat common gynecological conditions and women's health issues
Perform routine procedures including Pap smears, STI testing, contraceptive device insertion/removal
Manage routine prenatal and postpartum care in collaboration with CNMs
Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on patient-centered care
Support patients through health transitions including menopause management
Collaborate with mental health and wellness team members for integrated care approach
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory
Mentor and support other clinical team members as appropriate

Provide preconception counseling and basic fertility assessments
Education & Certification
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
Experience in women's health, family medicine, or related field preferred
Proficiency with electronic health record systems
Experience with routine gynecological procedures
Knowledge of contraceptive methods and family planning •
Experience with prenatal care and women's health across the lifespan

The PA will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team including Certified Nurse Midwives, Mental Health Therapists, and Health & Wellness Coaches to provide exceptional, holistic care to women across all life stages at our Murfreesboro, TN clinic location.
