Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data, workflow metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify friction points, uncover trends, measure adoption, and prioritize improvements across procurement workflows and support experiences.
- Build and maintain operational reporting, KPI frameworks, and workflow performance insights that support prioritization, service improvements, and data-driven decision-making across Procurement operations.
- Support rollout and adoption of new procurement processes and tools, including testing, documentation, communications, training, and change management.

A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve service delivery across Procurement operations.

experience with procurement and finance platforms such as Zip, Oracle Fusion, VNDLY, Navan, Brex, or similar workflow and transaction systems. - Have deep operational knowledge across Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Travel & Expense, and Contingent Workforce / Extended Workforce processes. - Have
experience working with operational metrics, workflow data, reporting tools, and large datasets to drive process improvements and operational decision-making.
experience applying AI tools, including GPT-based capabilities, automation tooling, analytics, or decision support solutions to improve operational workflows and internal service delivery. - Have experience translating business
experience leading rollout, change management, training, and communication efforts that improve adoption and create durable operational change.
