Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy across high-spend, complex client accounts
- Drive performance across Meta as the primary platform, with expansion into additional channels
- Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and scaling across the funnel
- Drive Testing and Innovation
- Lead testing roadmaps across creative, audience, and channel expansion
- Explore and pilot new platforms and tools (e.g. emerging ad channels, influencer integrations)
- Present performance, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Build trust with senior stakeholders through clear, confident communication
- Support New Business and Pitches
- Collaborate with leadership to win and grow new business
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Requirements
- Act as a key point of contact with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap)
- experience with at least one additional platform (TikTok, Reddit, Snap, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead strategy on complex or high-spend accounts
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets •
- Experience presenting performance and recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed
- Experience working on app-based growth or large-scale ecomm accounts
- experience with exposure to multiple channels and strategies •
Experience
- 5–8+ years of paid social experience, with deep expertise in Meta (required) Hands-on

- Salary Range: $105,000-120,000 USD annual
- The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
