Responsibilities
- Review revenue agreements in connection with deal review process to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and Workday revenue policy.
- Manage deal review communications between revenue team and Sales, Sales Operations and Legal during contract negotiations and provide guidance and assistance to ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Effectively manage workflow to provide timely feedback and input while keeping management aware of key issues.
- Collaborate with broader team on completing month-end close activities and accurate reporting of key revenue data.
- Support the Revenue Accounting team with other special projects, as needed. About You Required
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities and mentor junior team members of the revenue recognition team.

- experience in Revenue / Accounting. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience with SaaS/Technology industry. 4+ years in People Leadership / Managerial role. Other
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA with Big 4 experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and thrive, and be a team player.
- Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
- Understanding of global quote-to-cash business processes and best practices.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, Apttus, and experience using Workday.
