Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure jobs are ready to go
  • Maintain accurate job files and customer records in CRM software (Service Titan)
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Track pending installations and follow up with customers
  • Support the sales and service teams with scheduling as needed
  • Review sold jobs and verify all details before ordering.
  • Create purchase orders (POs) in ServiceTitan.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

  • What You’ll Do As an Install Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.
  • Communicate with customers, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related communication
  • Reviewing and ordering all door and any materials not stocked at our warehouse.
  • Communicate order status to customers, Technicians, and Logistics. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about customer service.
