Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Oracle is a plus.
- Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of administrative
- experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (ability to create logical formulas).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using Oracle systems.
- Experience supporting training programs or aviation-related operations (e.g., instructor or student pilot coordination).
- Familiarity with Talon ETA or similar electronic training record systems.
- Familiarity with FAA systems such as IACRA.

- CAE is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Training Record Administrator Administrative Tasks: Submit reports on training activities and follow up until completion Purchase training materials through various vendors for all training programs.
- Coordination Tasks: Coordinates with training manager for all student and instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues Book/Schedule classrooms and ensure they all properly set up Compliance: Ensure that all instructors are filling the client records properly and according to the standards of the authority within the electronic system (Talon ETA) Assisting students and Instructors during their IACRA application Minimum
