  • Lead creative experimentation by designing A/B and multivariate tests with Product, Engineering, and Data to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Shape upgrade and value communication moments so they feel clear, confident, and trustworthy.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on experiments, moving quickly while maintaining thoughtful design craft.
  • Ensure growth surfaces feel consistent with the broader product
  • Design persuasive but transparent value exchanges that strengthen long-term member confidence.

Requirements

  • experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design. •
  • Experience in growth, conversion rate optimization (CRO), activation, retention, or monetization.
  • Experience working within mobile app ecosystems.
