Responsibilities
- Design at Rocket Money exists to make complex financial decisions unmistakably clear, trustworthy, and easy to act on.
- Lead creative experimentation by designing A/B and multivariate tests with Product, Engineering, and Data to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Shape upgrade and value communication moments so they feel clear, confident, and trustworthy.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on experiments, moving quickly while maintaining thoughtful design craft.
- Ensure growth surfaces feel consistent with the broader product
- Design persuasive but transparent value exchanges that strengthen long-term member confidence.
Requirements
- experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design. •
- Experience in growth, conversion rate optimization (CRO), activation, retention, or monetization.
- Experience working within mobile app ecosystems.
