- We are seeking an engaging and experienced Capital Markets Instructor to deliver live, instructor-led training programs focused on Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
- experience in raising capital through public markets who are passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of finance professionals.
- Undergraduate and MBA business programs
- IPOs, follow-ons, and convertible offerings
- Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program within the first four weeks of onboarding Core Values
- experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Leveraged Finance, or Syndicate at a top-tier investment bank or financial institution Demonstrated
