Responsibilities

  • Document and analyze business processes, user
  • Perform business process reviews, making recommendations for improvements and/or changes to resolve deficiencies.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate controls for business processes and technology solutions.
  • Implement process or technology improvement opportunities by performing project management activities such as: collaborating with project sponsors and project teams to define project scope, developing project schedules, gathering business requirements, establishing project team roles and responsibilities, monitoring progress, and training business users.
  • Research, identify and understand technology solution limitations.
  • Recommend technology enhancements and/or additional solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to document and prioritize
  • Develop and maintain moderate to complex business intelligence analysis in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Guide, support, and mentor other team members as needed.
  • Prepare and present information to management.

Requirements

  • The BPP II Administrator is expected to learn system architecture, integration points, and best practices through hands-on experience. Key
  • Experience administering Planview or similar Project Management and/or Financial enterprise systems Foundational understanding of system configuration, data structures, and user access management Exposure to integrations, data flows, or system interfaces (APIs, batch processing, or middleware is a plus) Ability to troubleshoot issues and support break/fix resolution with guidance
  • Experience or familiarity with testing methodologies and execution Collaboration & Problem Solving Strong willingness to learn in a mentor-driven environment Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to balance user support, technical learning, and configuration tasks Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Direct
  • experience with Planview administration Exposure to financial systems or accounting processes (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking)
  • Experience supporting or working alongside system integrations Essential Functions and
  • Education Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or combination of formal education and the following job-related experience preferred: Work Experience
  • Experience in applying project management techniques
  • Experience with providing user support, testing, training, documenting product requirements, and managing a product backlog.
  • Experience researching, analyzing and composing reports, procedures, forms and correspondence Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skills in: use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.
  • Ability to: work collaboratively with a wide variety of people, including leaders, peers, customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to: apply an understanding of economic concepts and business drivers.
