Payroll Advisor for Switzerland

Responsibilities

Produce timely and accurate payroll in accordance with SD Worx processes, standards, and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) •
Support system implementations, including testing phases, parallel processing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in line with SD Worx best practices •
Maintain daily communication with client-designated contacts to ensure effective payroll processing •
Ensure that global and local process standards are understood, implemented, and followed by country teams, while accommodating client-specific requirements

experience in payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment •
Knowledge of payroll processes, including but not limited to: •
Experience with SAP Payroll •
Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction •

As a Payroll Senior Specialist for Swiss market, you will be a key contributor to the payroll operations service organization.
The role includes payroll delivery assurance with high-quality operational support across various areas, including but not limited to: •
Continuous payroll through the payroll control centre • Garnishments •
Payroll policies and payroll controls • Compliance controls • Payment releases •
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous operational excellence.
The role also involves supporting the maintenance of local HR business process standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Additionally, you will work with clients and country teams to assess and manage localization activities, handle process deviations, and recommend optimal solutions aligned with both organizational and client needs
