Responsibilities
- Produce timely and accurate payroll in accordance with SD Worx processes, standards, and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) •
- Support system implementations, including testing phases, parallel processing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in line with SD Worx best practices •
- Maintain daily communication with client-designated contacts to ensure effective payroll processing •
- Ensure that global and local process standards are understood, implemented, and followed by country teams, while accommodating client-specific requirements
Requirements
- experience in payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment •
- Knowledge of payroll processes, including but not limited to: •
- Experience with SAP Payroll •
- Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction •
