Responsibilities

- Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience Practice Management
- Manage non-clinical documentation Manage deposits
- Monitor clinic inventory Training
Requirements
- o Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates .
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills Experience
- Ability to use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, medical billing software, and Microsoft Office.
Experience
- 1+ years with 3 preferable

- The BSC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation. Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
- experience in Revenue Cycle, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance in a high‐production environment .
- Claim Follow-Up: Researching, tracking, and resolving unpaid, denied, or pending claims with insurance companies.
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication for negotiating with insurance payers and patients
