Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic direction for our data products.
Oversee the technical design and architectural decisions for building scalable and efficient data products. Ensure products are designed to leverage our data assets effectively.
Facilitate collaboration across engineering, data science, and business teams. Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure that developed solutions meet these specifications.
Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs and pain points. Use this information to guide product development and prioritize features that deliver significant value to users.
Define and monitor key performance indicators for data products to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features release after release.

experience as a Product manager in Reporting and Analytics areas of the product
Working knowledge of current analytical technologies, data warehouse design and business intelligence best practices
A good understanding of mobile, web and cloud technology space
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Why Zenoti?
