Responsibilities
- Own Paid Social Execution
- Manage and execute paid social campaigns with a primary focus on Meta
- Oversee campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance tracking
- Support development of paid social strategies across multiple client accounts
- Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth Be Client-Facing
- Support ~3 client accounts, with a strong focus on a core account (Success Academy)
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Requirements
- Experience managing campaigns in-platform, including setup, optimization, and reporting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts
Experience
- 2–4 years of paid social experience, with strong hands-on experience in Meta •

- Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 USD
- The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
