Responsibilities

Support and develop plant teams through hands-on leadership, coaching, and clear communication Help ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards across all activities Analyze performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational and business goals What Are We Looking For Aggregate industry experience preferred;

What You'll Be Doing Partner with the Plant Manager to lead daily plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Drive continuous improvement across crushing, screening, material handling, and maintenance activities to optimize production output, cost control, and operational performance.
The Assistant Plant Manager will work closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams and should be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
