Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
  • Meta Ads Management Build and optimize campaigns across: Facebook Instagram Manage campaigns across: Brand awareness Lead generation Remarketing Build and optimize: Custom audiences Lookalike audiences Retargeting campaigns Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, images, videos, and creative performance.
  • Monitor and report on: Cost Per Lead (CPL) Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Conversion Rate Click-Through Rate (CTR) Identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues early.
  • Present actionable recommendations backed by campaign data.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives.
  • Launch new Google and Meta campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and spending.
  • Test new ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build performance reports and recommend growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign priorities.

Requirements

  • Requirements Must-Have
  • experience managing: Google Ads Google Search Performance Max Local Services Ads (LSA)
  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end. Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+ .
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in: Home services B2B Local service businesses Familiarity with: HubSpot CallRail CRM platforms Call tracking systems
  • Experience supporting: Multi-location businesses Franchise organizations Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates.

  • About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to own paid advertising strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
