Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance dashboards in partnership with Sales Operations to support performance management for North America Commercial and Biosciences.
- Drive standardization and automation of reporting processes and metrics.
- Analyze and report key business drivers through weekly and monthly Commercial reporting for Biosciences, Mosaic China and India Distribution businesses.
- Evaluate profitability, volume, and pricing across customers, products, and locations to identify performance improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Monitor sales activity, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies, while leveraging advanced analytics to enhance insights.
- Analyze, challenge the business, identify and recommend performance and cost improvement opportunities and facilitate a meaningful review of individual country budgets/forecast with Commercial leadership.
- Evaluate processes for best practice solutions.
Requirements
- What you’ll do? Analysis and Reporting: Support the Commercial business by contributing to BI reporting and design initiatives and serving as a super user of Power BI, SAP S/4 and Fiori.
- What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree required with major in Accounting, Finance or Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience
- Experience developing automated dashboards and reports using PowerBI
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial models and decision support tools Must be proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience/Knowledge of SAP preferred Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels within the organization and create effective partnerships Willingness to collaboratively challenge the business Ability to adapt to a continually changing

- Partner in integrating financial and business data systems to ensure accurate, consistent reporting.
- Additionally, provide backup support for the North America Commercial business teams as needed.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate and consolidate Commercial business financial budgets and forecasts for Biosciences, Mosaic China and India Distribution businesses.
- Other: Provide analysis and reporting support for Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Product Management, Sales and Financial Reporting teams.
