Develops and implement an overall talent management strategy in collaboration with HR partners.

Maintains a broad knowledge of all HR areas and activities, while demonstrating strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, creative sourcing, and use of social media, professional networks and implementation of strategic recruitment plans.

Incumbents may be required to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. Compensation Range: $57,616.00 - $86,424.00 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.

Employment Status: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Facility: Remote - VA Requisition Number: R161016 Recruitment Consultant- hybrid (Open) How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare: This is a hybrid position with a combination of onsite and remote days per week.
HOURS: Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with other hours as needed.
Promotes and provides strategic, recruitment services within Talent Acquisition for Carilion Clinic.
Ensures timely, accurate and consistent information is delivered with regard to projects and broader initiatives.
Will serve as a role model/mentor and valued resource to other team members.
Serves as a consultant to HR and the entire organization for ourtalent management system.
Manages annual performance evaluation process, including self and peer reviews.
Administrate a learning management system, including both instructor-led and online training, in support of our training department.
Provides reporting and analysis to aid in decision making.
Analyzes quarterly talent management system releases and make recommendations on new features and configurations in support of our talent strategy.
