Responsibilities
- Support expansion into new markets and operational scaling initiatives
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, commercial leases, NDAs, and service agreements
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to streamline deal velocity
- Manage outside counsel where applicable
- Oversee and respond to licensing, ethics, and fair housing complaints
- Develop and maintain internal policies and compliance processes as the company scales
Requirements
- experience in real estate transactions, brokerage operations, and general corporate matters to join our legal team.
- JD from an accredited law school
- experience at a law firm and/or in-house
- Demonstrated excellence in contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience supporting a high-growth or venture-backed company
- Ability to build scalable legal infrastructure (templates, workflows, training)
