Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 12+ employees delivering In-Service Support (ISS) for the CH146 simulator.
- Ensure all required resources, tools, and capabilities are in place to meet contractual obligations.
- Deliver maintenance and customer support services that meet or exceed contractual requirements, while respecting scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Collaborate with the Technical Authority on maintenance activities, including implementation of updates, refurbishments, and modifications.
- Lead the implementation of Quality Management, Environmental Health & Safety, and Business Continuity programs at the site.
- Oversee site human resources activities, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and training.
- Develop and implement technical training plans and on-the-job training (OJT) programs to ensure workforce readiness.
- Track, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and deliver monthly and annual operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with information systems security and data protection policies. Minimum
Requirements
- experience in a leadership role managing multiple direct reports. Demonstrated
- experience managing operations, logistics, technical, and training functions.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a broad range of customer requirements.
- Experience with CAE simulators or training devices.
- Experience managing teams in military or mission-oriented environments.
- Experience in Defence & Security programs or equivalent complex operational settings. Proven ability to build collaborative and inclusive team environments.

- ⠀ Description Lead the Training Centre Operations (TCO) team within the Defence & Security unit, overseeing a training centre providing operational and maintenance support to DND in Gagetown, NB.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Technical Authority, local squadrons, third-party contractors, and partner agencies regarding ISS operations.
- Interface with customers to resolve complex operational issues and ensure timely resolution of needs.
- Contribute to organizational strategy development and both short- and long-term planning.
- Act as the primary liaison with the government Program Office / Quality Assurance Representative (PO/QAR).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, business, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in dynamic and changing environments.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Clearance and Level II NATO Secret security clearance. Preferred
