Responsibilities

Answer support tickets in timely fashion - Work closely with Customer success leads to all aspects of customer management. - Build and configure product based on the customer workflow

What you'll need: - Pursuing Undergraduate degree in the UK with placement year requirements.
- Team-player always willing to listen, collaborate and learn - Flexible and able to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty and change - Have basic skills in HTML, CSS and Java Script - Have, or willing to learn, basic technical skills in CSS and connect to APIs (SOAP / REST).

- Knowledge of AWS quicksight will be an added advantage Salary: £25,000 per annum.
