Requirements
- Experience working collaboratively across teams cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success) -
- Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy to understand documentation - Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and CRM / ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software (e.g., Airtable, Certify) - While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in California or Washington for this particular position Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or large healthcare system -
- Experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers (preferably behavioral health) - Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, & NCQA requirements -
