- Our immediate client needs require deep expertise in modernizing and building applications with .NET Framework, modern .NET, and C#.
- However, this is a broader software engineering role, not a position where you will work exclusively in .NET.

- The right candidate is someone who has deep curiosity and expertise in designing and building applications with .NET Framework and .NET (formerly Core), creating AI-first software solutions, and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward.
- Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent’s Software teams, Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base.
- experience across additional languages, frameworks, AWS services, and AI technologies as customer engagements evolve.
- Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem
- Windows Services → Docker/ECS containerization
- SQL Server proficiency
- Ability and interest in working with additional languages, frameworks, or application architectures on future projects
- Hands-on .NET Framework (v4.6/v4.8) experience
- Hands-on modern .NET Core / .NET 8–10 experience
- Proven ASP.NET WebForms → Blazor migration work
- IIS → Linux porting knowledge
- Learning and building with AI both for productivity and for enhancing client solutions. Familiarity and
- experience with AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with additional modern languages or frameworks such as Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript. •
- Experience contributing and delivering on client-facing customer engagements. •
- Experience with: UX/UI, LLMs, AgentCore, GenAI, automated testing, CI/CD, IaC Benefits Pay in USD 100% remote work
