Qualifications: Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent communication skills with at least 2 years of
experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates will also preferably have
experience with intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement.
While all technical disciplines will be considered, candidates will preferably possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering.

The salary range at the Associate level is $110,000 to $150,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
Associates may also be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
