Requirements

- experience in a supervisory role or 4 years’ construction industry Holding a relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Building & Construction, or trade qualification is desirable Strong organisational skills with a cost-conscious mindset, able to manage resources effectively and make sound commercial decisions Practical, safety-focused, and confident coordinating and leading contractors onsite Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when needed.
