Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support budget management, billing, and financial tracking.
- Prepare proformas, budgets, and support monthly financial reporting and updates.
- Manage billing processes, including credit notes and expense validation (e.g., travel expenses).
- Create, track, and maintain purchase orders.
- Monitor project milestones and accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update management tools, including the Project Index.
- Prepare reports, including Canadian content reporting, as required.
- Perform Oracle R12 reconciliations and support data integrity across systems.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Minimum
Requirements
- experience in project administration, finance, or a related field.
- College diploma (DEC) in Accounting, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and solve problems proactively.
- Experience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in budget planning, forecasting, or financial reporting.
- Experience supporting proposal development or contract administration. Familiarity with project financial tracking tools or systems.
