Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and front-end frameworks.
- Develop technical documentation, component libraries, and design specifications.
- Monitor application performance and user experience metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects, performance bottlenecks, and browser compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business
- Identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and application performance.
- Support the definition of acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
- Product Design and Development Design, develop, deploy, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript .
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible user interfaces.
- Develop reusable, scalable UI components and shared libraries.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization Monitor front-end performance metrics such as page load times, Core Web Vitals, and user engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate testing and deployment processes.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies , with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of
- experience in Front-End Development. Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 .
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or MobX . Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience with modern UI component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and npm/yarn.
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and modern development workflows.
- Strong understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
- Understanding of secure front-end development practices and OWASP guidelines.
- Experience with design systems and component-driven development.
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborating closely with UX/UI teams.
