Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely general ledger accounting in compliance with OIC and IFRS standards
- Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions
- Support monthly and annual closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors, consultants, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
- Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and accounting procedures (SAP preferred)
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honors) 3–5 years of
- experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (Big 4)
- In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS)
- Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English What we offer: Permanent employment contract.
