- As the Manager - Electrical, BTB, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems, power distribution networks, automation systems, and energy management programs.
- You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and help maximize production uptime. Key
- Responsibilities You will supervise, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical equipment, including HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, and control systems.
- You will ensure an uninterrupted power supply to all plant equipment and utilities.
- You will troubleshoot electrical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- You will lead the electrical aspects of new equipment installations, upgrades, and infrastructure expansion projects.
- You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- You will monitor and analyze energy consumption across the facility.
- You will implement energy-saving initiatives and drive improvements in power factor performance.
- You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
