Responsibilities
- Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.
Requirements
- What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field preferred Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance
- experience required Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
