Responsibilities
- Prepare training utilization data
- Maintain customer database as per company process
Requirements
- They should also have in-depth knowledge about business process based on which they can manage customer
- Candidates must hold a graduation degree.
- Candidates must strong at Microsoft office
- experience in scheduling are a preference
- High level of professionalism (you are one of the faces of the company!)
- Ability to learn other software systems relatively easily
- Experience: 2-5 years in customer interaction and scheduling/planning Knowledge of Civil Aviation
