- Critical team leader role driving the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Transformation and Support from Offshore across both Finance (GL, ARP, AP, FA, LA, AGIS) and Supply Chain Management (INV, PIM,PO).
- Responsible for the functional integrity, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Oracle Fusion platform.
- experience defining and governing enterprise integration strategy with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership in major ERP migration projects and maintenance of the applications in an on-going basis.
- Experience leading or managing workstreams during a major ERP migration. Direct
- experience with NetSuite, RevPro, or comparable legacy financial/revenue systems.
- Familiarity with financial compliance frameworks, particularly SOX controls, related to core ERP processes.
- Broad functional knowledge of Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS, FCCS, PBCS) and their integration with Fusion ERP.
- Relevant professional certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies (e.g., Financials, SCM, OIC).
- Working knowledge of various AI Agents within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role directing Oracle ERP teams.
