- To successfully execute this ambition, we are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to own the creation, planning, orchestration, and execution of CAE’s Data Strategy roadmap.
- This role is responsible for translating enterprise strategy & transformation, into an aligned data strategy roadmap.
- Acting as the connective tissue between strategy, business leaders, and execution teams, the role ensures that data work delivers measurable business outcomes, not just technical outputs.
- Description Enterprise Program Planning & Road mapping Build and maintain the multi‑year Data Strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives to corporate strategy, transformation priorities, and business value drivers Translate strategic objectives into clear data dependencies, and decision points Coordinate sequencing across domains such as governance, data quality, analytics enablement, platform adoption, and data literacy Execution Management & Progress Tracking Establish program management disciplines
- Stakeholder Coordination & Governance Act as primary coordination points across the following teams from a data
- requirements perspective: Strategy, Transformation office, Corporate functions, Division Business Intelligence, Data Governance Support the cadence, materials, and follow‑ups for Data Councils, steering forums, and governance bodies Value Realization & Outcomes Tracking Define and track outcome‑based success measures tied to data initiatives (e.g., adoption, data quality improvements, decision enablement) Ensure initiatives are anchored to business outcomes rather than technology outputs alone Prepare
