Responsibilities

  • Hold accountability for safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and commercial performance across the full project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project controls, financial forecasting, contingency management, executive reporting, and programme-level performance.
  • Lead engagement with regulators, government bodies, customers, community stakeholders, and other strategic external parties.
  • Drive recovery planning and executive decision-making where programme performance moves away from approved baselines.
  • Support the successful handover of completed assets into operations while promoting continuous improvement in project governance and delivery practices. Qualifications &

Requirements

  • Experience Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Essential: 15+ years of progressively responsible
  • experience leading large capital projects, programmes, or portfolios.
  • experience in a senior leadership role delivering large-scale pipeline and midstream projects on the owner/operator side.
  • Essential: Advanced knowledge of project development, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • Essential: Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and external partners within a complex matrix environment.
  • Desirable: Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Desirable: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Desirable:
  • Experience leading projects exceeding $1 billion in authorised value. Desirable:
  • Experience presenting to Boards of Directors, executive committees, regulators, and government agencies.
