Responsibilities
- Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location and monitor progress towards goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the region, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs in collaboration with Store Leaders.
- Support learning and development consistently and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance. Your story: 5+ years
Requirements
- experience in a similar leadership role, with at least 5 year
- experience in multi-retail store management You have

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
