Vendor Management Intern

Responsibilities

Search for new vendors (translators, proofreaders, medical writers, regulatory consultants, etc.): run searches in specific platforms, post jobs, contact candidates, analyze candidates’ CVs, etc. Negotiate rates with vendors according to services provided.
Set up new vendors in the Vendor Management systems: screen candidates’ applications, organize paperwork and document signature collection, add vendors to our company’s systems and platforms, update systems and platforms, store vendors’ documentation and test files.
Ensure vendor information is up to date at all times on our Vendor platform.
