Responsibilities
- Proven track record of building relationships, fostering collaboration and working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Having a fundamental knowledge of Systems Engineering practices, network technologies, system development life cycles and methodologies, and insight into information technology infrastructure management/monitoring and applications.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years of prior related experience; or 5 to 10 years of aircraft simulation related job experience.
- Experience supporting military or defense programs Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve issues and predict potential programmatic and technical risks.
- Must be detail oriented with a good knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with CAD software, preference to AutoCAD. Demonstrated
- Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance that has been granted or renewed in the last 5 years.
- Experience working in air-gapped, classified, or highly secure environments with no direct internet access. Lab equipment
- experience and familiarity with hand tools.
- Understanding of ANSI and ASME standards.
- Familiarity with Mil Standard parts.
