- ABOUT LLAMAINDEX LlamaIndex is building the document infrastructure layer for AI agents- from industry-leading document OCR with LlamaParse to workflow products that help enterprises automate knowledge work over documents.
- Your primary focus will be technical hiring across AI/ML, infrastructure, full-stack engineering, and developer tools, with secondary coverage across GTM and marketing as we scale.
- You should also know how to use AI-powered recruiting tools thoughtfully- using them to increase speed and reach without letting automation compromise quality.
- - Build a strong understanding of our products, technical stack, and culture so you can assess candidates accurately and represent LlamaIndex well in the market.
- - Source exceptional candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing tools, referrals, open-source communities, and other creative channels.
- - Use AI recruiting tools responsibly by tuning filters, reviewing output carefully, and optimizing for quality over volume.
- experience from first touchpoint through close, ensuring every interaction reflects LlamaIndex’s brand and values.
- - A strong track record hiring technical talent across AI/ML, infrastructure, platform engineering, full-stack engineering, or developer tools.
- - The ability to go deep quickly on unfamiliar technical domains and build credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
- - Hands-on fluency with modern sourcing and AI recruiting tools, with good judgment around quality, signal, and automation.
- NICE TO HAVE - Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, open-source developer communities, or developer tools. -
- Experience supporting GTM, marketing, or non-technical hiring in addition to technical roles. -
- Experience coordinating with external agencies or recruiting vendors.
