Responsibilities

Address the specific needs of customers by responding to requests for information about our marketed and developing products.
Result review and clinical support for ordering clinicians and their teams as requested or indicated for individual samples or aggregate results .

Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
Employees must pass a post-offer criminal background check.
GC with Master's and board certification required.
Professionals with relevant clinical sciences knowledge in nephrology preferred.
Prior MSL experience preferred.
Experience in establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholder functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D) and external customers
Knowledge of molecular biology, immunology and genetics helpful
It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
