- As a Business Process Analyst IV supporting Maintenance Services, you will serve as the analytical engine shaping how Williams configures its CMMS and plans, prioritizes, schedules, and executes maintenance work.
- In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide impact by improving and standardizing maintenance processes to maximize wrench time and produce reliable data for maintenance and reliability analytics.
- By analyzing processes and data, you will identify , quantify, and prioritize improvement opportunities.

- Responsibilities/Expectations: Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costs Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data Leads
