Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and support software engineers and QA professionals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Drive successful software delivery .
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring your team delivers high-quality, scalable software that meets business, customer, security, and technical requirements.
- Champion responsible AI adoption .
- Facilitate the thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted development tools and establish team practices for validating and safely incorporating AI-generated code and technical recommendations.
- Build and maintain great software .
- Own product health .
- Promote engineering excellence.
- Review code through pull requests, support CI/CD practices, encourage automated testing, and help continuously improve engineering processes and quality.
Requirements
- This role combines people leadership, technical execution, and delivery accountability while helping your team thoughtfully adopt AI-assisted development practices to deliver secure, high-quality software at scale.
- experience building and supporting highly distributed applications using Microsoft .NET (C#) or Java.
- experience designing, building, or integrating AI agents and LLM-powered workflows into production systems.
- Have successfully adopted or led the use of AI-assisted development tools, including coding assistants, AI-powered testing, documentation generation, or code generation tools.
- Have established engineering practices for reviewing, validating, and safely incorporating AI-generated code. Have
- experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, web services, and CI/CD pipelines. Have
- experience with QA automation tooling and leveraging AI-assisted tools to orchestrate testing and unit test generation.
