Staff Developer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable backend services using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js, and modern frontend applications using React.
  • Design distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures that are scalable, resilient, and maintainable.
  • Drive technical direction for cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of major product capabilities, from architecture through deployment and production operations.
  • Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead architectural reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive long-term improvements to platform scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers across the team, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, improving developer productivity, and reducing technical debt. Required

  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, REST APIs, and event-driven platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Strong
  • experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience designing scalable data models using SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevOps practices. Demonstrated
  • experience leading system design, architectural discussions, and delivering large engineering projects independently.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and drive engineering best practices across teams.
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity platforms.
  • Experience defining reusable frameworks, shared platform capabilities, and engineering standards. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, and developer productivity tooling.
  • Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives and influencing architecture across multiple engineering teams.
