Responsibilities
- - Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- - Review campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and conversion paths
- - Monitor key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency
- - Identify issues in campaign setup, tracking, creative performance, funnel quality, and landing page conversion flow
- - Support campaign testing, scaling decisions, and performance improvement plans
Requirements
- The role requires strong hands-on paid media experience, clear analytical thinking, practical optimization judgment, and the ability to communicate campaign performance in a structured and professional way.

- Experience with creative testing, ad angle analysis, funnel review, and campaign scaling -
- Experience working with international teams or multiple partner-brand campaigns -
- Experience with business-managed advertising accounts, invoiced ad accounts, monthly billing structures, or partner-brand ad operations is a plus Working Style
