Requirements

- What You’ll Be Doing Every Day: Build and maintain web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or equivalent) Apply SEO best practices including semantic HTML, metadata, structured data, and performance optimization Ensure all web properties meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) Optimize performance using Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, and image optimization Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot) to evaluate performance and inform
- experience in web development or website maintenance Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console Familiarity with Git or other version control systems Basic understanding of hosting environments, DNS, and SSL Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to translate non-technical
