  • JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Purpose Support medium volume assigned Retailer locations with various items, including but not limited to logistics planning, policy communication, special product requests, and work cross functionally with various internal and external teams.
  • Responsibilities Manually intervene as needed to complete one-off ordering requests Resolve and respond to Retailer needs surrounding ordering policies, special product needs, and backorder reassignment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, Regional Mangers, various department leaders, and Renewal by Andersen Retail contacts via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
  • Take a proactive approach to customer service initiatives by identifying solutions and options to meet retailer needs.
  • Independently resolve escalated issues when possible, work with direct leadership when necessary Identifies opportunities and challenges for retailers; provide suggestions and input for quick resolution, potential future tools, and/or best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; solution focused and results oriented.
