Responsibilities
- Create and implement automations, triggers, campaigns, and pipeline workflows.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing GHL automations and processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation within ChiroTouch EHR.
- Perform internet research and administrative tasks as needed.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations alongside the current Virtual Assistant.
- Review work carefully to help minimize errors and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- experience building Go High Level workflows and enjoys combining technical CRM work with patient-facing administrative support.

- Qualifications Must-Have
- Experience Hands-on Go High Level (GHL) workflow creation and automation experience (Deal Breaker).
- Experience building workflows, triggers, automations, and campaigns inside Go High Level.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare practice.
- Experience using ChiroTouch EHR and GHL
- experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
