- We are seeking an experienced Manager, Federal Sales Engineering to lead our public sector pre-sales effort in a true player-coach role.
- You will spend roughly half your time leading and developing a small team of federal sales engineers, and the other half hands-on in strategic engagements: running demos, scoping proofs of concept, and supporting discovery with civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and federal law enforcement.
- This is a senior role for a deeply technical cybersecurity leader who understands the federal market and the distinct missions, environments, and buying behavior of the DoD, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement.
- You will work side by side with federal sales leadership and partners to turn SpyCloud’s breach, malware, and identity data into mission outcomes. What You'll Do:
- Operate as a player-coach. Split your time evenly between managing the federal SE team and personally owning pre-sales efforts on strategic agency and partner accounts.
- Partner with federal sales leadership to ensure coverage across civilian, defense, intelligence, and law enforcement accounts, tailored to each agency's mission and environment.
