Responsibilities
- - Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line.

- You make fast decisions with incomplete data and don't wait for a playbook that doesn't exist yet. - AI fluency as a daily habit.
- Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment. - Deep product expertise that translates into prescriptive recommendations.
- Nice to Haves - Fluency in additional European languages -
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments - Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles - Track record of entrepreneurial activity: founding a company, running a meaningful side project, or building something from zero
